Turner Pope Investments (TPI) Ltd offer advisory, execution-only and discretionary services to our clients.
All trade ideas and decisions on investments are of your own initiative and TPI will not provide any advice on these investments. We will only execute orders on your behalf, if requested by you. Please ensure you fully read and understand the risks involved in any decision you make. If you have any doubt whether any investment is suitable for you, you should obtain expert advice.
As an Advisory client, you will need to give final consent to execute all trades. Therefore, TPI will not be held liable for any investment decisions you undertake as ultimately you, as an investor, will have the final decision on all trades.
All TPI recommendations will be made on the basis of market information available at the time. Therefore if you have any concerns about a particular recommendation, you should not proceed with the transaction. If you do proceed or have given your consent to proceed then it will be assumed that you were entirely happy with the transaction at the time.
Our Managed service is a discretionary service. This means that all trading decisions are made at the absolute discretion of TPI. Discretionary management does not allow clients to influence trading decisions or to request that specific trades are made. Trading decisions are not discussed with clients before they are made, as would happen with an advisory service. This discretionary management service would not be suitable if a client wants to discuss trading decisions.
We offer the following products under our discretionary, execution-only and advisory service:
The value of shares and the income from them may go down as well as up and you may not get back the money you invested. It should not be assumed that the value of investments always rise. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results and investment in shares carry the risk that all or some of the capital invested might be lost. Investors should carefully consider their own personal financial circumstances before dealing in the stock market, and should seek independent professional advice prior to investing. Investors should ensure that they have the financial capacity to bear the risk and only invest money you can afford to lose.
